Collaboration with other key areas such as procurement, quality, and operations **Location:** Naucalpan/Edo Mex Tecamachalco **Work Mode:** On-site **We are a restaurant chain featuring plant-based supermarkets, offering a healthy alternative to Mexican consumers for over 10 years.** We seek a **Commissary Manager** with operational and strategic experience to lead our unit responsible for preparation, storage, and distribution of food supplies. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate commissary operations (receiving, storage, production, and dispatch) * Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, traceability, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards * Inventory planning and control (raw materials and finished goods) * Coordinate logistics for distribution to restaurants and sales points * Optimize processes, control waste, and drive continuous operational improvement * Lead and coordinate operational staff * Manage supplier relationships and control inflows/outflows of supplies **Requirements:** * Minimum of **3 years’ experience as commissary or industrial cafeteria manager** * Knowledge of food production, storage, and distribution processes * Ability to manage teams and maintain high standards of quality and hygiene * Inventory management and cost control skills * Preferred experience in healthy, vegan, or natural food businesses **We Offer:** * Net salary + statutory benefits * Solid project with a vision of health, sustainability, and innovation * Opportunity for growth and leadership in a professional environment * Collaboration with other key areas such as procurement, quality, and operations Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Cafeteria service * Discounted cafeteria service * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
