Who we’re looking for: Sermo is seeking a **Senior** **Community Associate** to support engagement and operations for our pharmacist community. This execution\-focused role plays a key part in keeping community programs running smoothly while supporting growth initiatives. You’ll manage day\-to\-day community activity, support onboarding and events, be a reliable administrator of content operations, and help surface member insights that inform product and growth strategies. You’ll join an established, collaborative team of Community Managers and Associates working together to nurture and grow our year\-old global pharmacist community. Key responsibilities: Community Operations \& Engagement* Own day\-to\-day pharmacist community engagement and moderation * Lead content publishing and quality assurance for the pharmacist community * Manage onboarding and re\-engagement workflows to support retention * Serve as a frontline relationship\-builder with members, identifying high\-potential contributors * Ensure community standards, tone, and experience quality are consistently upheld Programs \& Experiences* Support planning and execution of community events, cohorts, and campaigns * Manage logistics, communications, and follow\-ups for member programs * Help operationalize repeatable community experiences and playbooks * Assist in identifying opportunities to improve member journeys Insights, Reporting \& Optimization* Track engagement metrics and contributor activity * Surface member feedback and trends to Product, Growth, and Research teams * Contribute to community reporting and performance readouts * Use data and observations to recommend operational improvements Cross\-Functional Collaboration* Support email campaign execution in partnership with Lifecycle Marketing * Partner with Community Managers on engagement initiatives and content strategy * Maintain documentation, workflows, and operational processes * Help onboard new team members and support execution quality across the associate team What We’re Looking For:* 3–5 years experience in community operations, customer engagement, or support roles * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Highly organized, detail\-oriented, and reliable * Proven ability to manage multiple workflows and carry projects through to completion * A passion for building and nurturing communities that provide real value to members * Comfortable working across time zones * Proactive self\-starter with a growth mindset * Experience in healthcare or professional communities is a plus * Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn About Sermo Sermo is the world leader in turning HCP experience, expertise, and observations into actionable insights for the global healthcare community.
