You support our team as PAYROLL MANAGER Responsibilities * Lead the implementation, transition and development of the payroll team into our SSC to provide payroll services to other Freudenberg Business Groups, including the implementation of a new payroll system. * Ensure accurate and timely execution of payroll processes for all (direct and indirect) employees, managing policies and governance and ensuring compliance and audit readiness. * Managing on\-cycle and off\-cycle processes, overseeing post\-payroll validations and statutory reporting, handling complex employee queries and preparing and reconciling internal payroll data and reports, ensuring compliance with local tax authorities and customers’ requirements. * Stay informed of relevant local regulatory requirements and policies changes. * Work cross\-functionally to provide expertise and payroll matters in the region supported. * Assist with internal and external payroll audits. * Support other projects and ad\-hoc activities. Qualifications * 5\+ years of payroll and HR experience with relevant experience leading payroll projects and teams. * Strong working knowledge of payroll regulations and policies for Mexico. * Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines timely and accurately. * Strong verbal and written skills to handle clients and different stakeholders and payroll team. * Advance knowledge of payroll software solutions and managing technology and external payroll providers (ADP, Workday). * Experience implementing new payroll departments and industry\-recognized payroll solution. * English skills of 90% (oral, written \& comprehension). * Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). * Strong Customer service orientation, proactive, working with minimal supervision and results oriented. * Comfortable in a fast pace and highly automated environment and ability to drive continuous process improvements. * High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
