




**Requirements:** * Extensive experience in the automotive industry * Knowledge of automobile parts * Knowledge of spare parts * Good communication skills * Customer service orientation * Results-driven * Completed high school or bachelor's degree **Responsibilities:** * Vehicle reception * Direct customer service * Follow-up and control of repair progress * Advising customers to technicians * Responsible for analyzing customer concerns * Accurately identifying vehicle problems * Explaining in detail the desired service requests * Receiving customers upon arrival at the service area and directing them to an available mechanic * Consulting with mechanics about necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive work * Providing customers with detailed information on available aftermarket and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts options * Answering questions about service outcomes (after consulting with the mechanic if necessary) * Advising customers on warranty coverage and potential cost savings * Managing and supervising workflow and scheduling at the service center * Verifying that all jobs have been completed and that the vehicle is ready for delivery. If necessary, road tests must be conducted, and if completed work is unsatisfactory, the vehicle must be returned to the repair area.
