Dynamic and collaborative work environment. **Location:** Pop Lab!, Chapalita, Guadalajara **Compensation:** Base salary + sales commissions **Pay Schedule:** Bi-weekly **Job Description** The **General Employee at Pop Lab!** will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, performing customer service activities, cash handling, popcorn preparation and **packaging**, as well as maintaining store cleanliness and organization. **Responsibilities** * Greet and assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner to ensure a satisfying shopping experience. * Handle cash register transactions (cash and card terminal), including payments and returns. * Prepare, package, and display popcorn according to company standards. * Maintain a clean and organized work area, equipment, and utensils. * Assist with inventory management, stock control, and restocking of supplies. * Comply with hygiene standards. **Requirements** * Education: Completed high school / Current student * Prior customer service experience (preferably in cinemas, cafés, or snack shops). * Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team. * Basic computer and/or tablet proficiency. **Available Shifts:** * **Monday to Thursday** 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm **We Offer** * Base salary + punctuality and productivity bonus + **sales commissions**. * **Punctuality bonus.** * Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
