Job Summary: We are seeking an accounting professional to calculate employee compensation, update payroll databases, and ensure timely payments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive payroll, severance, and settlement management 2. Handling of Office software, SUA, IDSE, and SIPARE packages 3. Analysis, initiative, and decision-making Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field * Age between 20 and 45 years * Minimum 1 year of experience in the position Responsibilities: Calculate employee compensation, update internal payroll databases, and ensure timely payments. Activities: * IMSS contribution processing * Handling of Office software, SUA, IDSE, and SIPARE packages * IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT payments * Calculation of ISN and FONACOT contributions * Microsip payroll module operation * Pre-payroll and payroll preparation process * Experience throughout the entire payroll calculation process, including severance, settlements, etc. * Payroll stamping (certification) * Generation of payroll disbursement files * Banking operations for payroll file export Skills: * Analysis * Initiative * Working under pressure * Responsibility * Professional appearance * Discipline * Decision-making Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,100.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Life insurance * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: On-site employment
