We are designing supply chains that transform today’s logistics and anticipate the future. **Key Responsibilities:** * Unload vehicles and/or containers. + Inspect and validate received items against the product label or receiving list to properly locate them within the warehouse. + Report any damage or discrepancies in quantity or product type to the floor supervisor during receipt. + Perform picking and sorting operations according to the requirements specified in documentation (work order, shipping order, delivery order, or picking list). + Maintain optimal order and cleanliness in your assigned work area. + Properly and fully wear the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) assigned to your position. + Operate material handling tools and equipment (e.g., hydraulic pallet jacks) in full compliance with all safety rules. + Actively participate in implementing and monitoring continuous improvement tools. **Requirements:** * Basic education: Completed elementary school; secondary school preferred. + Relevant experience in a similar role: 3 months. + Proficiency in basic arithmetic operations: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Base salary: MXN 8,777 + 12% food vouchers + 4% savings fund + transportation allowance, cafeteria access, 20 days’ year-end bonus, profit-sharing (PTU), and more
