




Pinturas Acuario, a leading company in the production and distribution of high-quality paints, is seeking an **HR Assistant** to join our team in Lerma, State of Mexico. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Handle confidential information ethically and demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills. 2\. Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. 3\. Possess intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel (basic level), and design tools. 4\. Understand administrative processes related to employee management, such as record maintenance and time management. 5\. Compile and update personnel files; support staff selection, hiring, position changes, and assignments according to job profiles. 6\. Prepare onboarding documentation and accompany newly hired employees during their induction. 7\. Conduct field recruitment and understand the full recruitment process—from job posting to candidate selection. **Requirements:** 1\. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. 2\. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role. 3\. Strong oral and written communication skills. 4\. Ability to handle confidential information ethically. 5\. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. 6\. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (basic Excel). 7\. Experience using design tools. 8\. Knowledge of the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection. 9\. Field recruitment experience. 10\. Understanding of administrative processes related to employee management.
