**Job Objective** Coordinate and supervise newspaper distribution, ensuring accurate delivery to all assigned locations, leading the team of promoters and distributors, and guaranteeing operational control through daily audits and monitoring. **Responsibilities** * Supervise the accurate distribution of the newspaper to all assigned locations. * Coordinate and lead the promoter team (initially 10 members, expanding to 20). * Serve as the operations manager for the promoter team. * Maintain direct contact with newsboys and distribution points. * Verify that the newspaper has been correctly distributed to all locations. * Conduct daily audits to validate coverage and delivery. * Collect the newspaper directly from the printing press when necessary. * Supervise delivery routes, delivery times, and operational compliance. * Identify and resolve field incidents related to distribution. **Essential Requirements** * Proven experience in the publishing industry (newspaper or printed media distribution). * Familiarity with the newspaper industry: newsboys, distribution routes, sales points, and daily operations. * Experience leading operational teams, especially promoters. * Clean criminal record (mandatory). * Valid driver’s license. * Personal vehicle and/or motorcycle. **Candidate Profile** * Minimum education: Completed high school. * Minimum experience: 2 years in similar roles within the publishing industry or distribution sector. * Ability to perform 100% operational and field-based work. * High level of responsibility and commitment. * Flexible availability for working hours. **Skills and Competencies** * Operational leadership * Organization and control * Field problem-solving * Working under pressure * Effective communication with teams and newsboys **We Offer** * Job stability * Statutory benefits Employment type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
