In this position, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Your role will be critical in maintaining the company’s financial integrity and supporting strategic decision-making. As an Accounting Analyst, your responsibilities will include reviewing and analyzing financial records, preparing monthly accounting reports, coordinating with external auditors, and identifying areas to improve accounting efficiency. Additionally, you will work on budget planning and control, ensuring expenses remain within established limits. Key requirements for this position include a solid academic background in accounting or finance, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. You are expected to have at least one year of experience in a similar role, demonstrating advanced proficiency in accounting systems and financial management software. Furthermore, a proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a solid work ethic are essential. **Requirements:** * General Accountant with 1–2 years of experience as an Accounting Analyst in medium-to-large enterprises, ideally in transformation-oriented companies with high transaction volumes. **Responsibilities:** * Accounting account analysis and reconciliation * Bank reconciliations * Recording of accounting entries (e.g., depreciation, amortization, asset disposals) * Review of customer receivables and supplier payments matching * Analysis and verification of intercompany account reconciliations (Grupo Veloci Group) * Review of foreign currency account fluctuations * Identification of variances in Grupo Veloci’s financial statements * Analysis of costs and expenses incurred during the period, identifying and analyzing variances * Review of operational consistency within the trial balance * Preparation and compilation of tax working papers * Tax payment settlement and application, reconciling tax payable balances **We offer:** * Monthly gross salary of $15,000 * Meal vouchers worth $1,350 * On-site cafeteria * Employee transportation * Savings fund * Statutory benefits Grupo Veloci values a diverse team and is committed to equal opportunity.
