




### **Branch Administrative Assistant** **Location:** Alfredo V. Bonfill, Cancún; very close to Universidad Anáhuac **Join our team!** Do you enjoy keeping everything under control, serving customers, and supporting daily operations? We are seeking a **Branch Administrative Assistant** who is **proactive, organized, and dynamic**. **Your daily responsibilities:** * Counter sales and customer service * Payment and petty cash management * Entering invoices into the ERP system and tracking supplier payments for the branch * Branch opening and closing procedures * Document control for the branch * Recording entries/exits of machinery, tools, and utility vehicles * Supervising branch cleanliness, order, and security * Coordinating with suppliers and supporting HR, Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams (document control) **What we’re looking for in you:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in branch administration, sales, or similar roles * Intermediate Excel skills and ERP knowledge (mandatory) * Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail * Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team **We offer:** * Competitive salary: MXN 12,000–15,000 net * Statutory benefits * Training and professional development * Positive work environment and growth opportunities Interested candidates, please apply through this channel!
