Located at BL Alamo Industrial Park, Guadalajara, Jalisco. **MICROBIOLOGY ASSISTANT** **Job requirements** * Completed high school education and/or technical degree. * Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar position (pharmaceutical industry experience preferred). * Basic knowledge in microbiology, controlled areas, laboratory material washing, use of laboratory equipment (incubators, balances, pH meters, laminar flow hoods, etc.), preparation of reagent solutions and detergents, good laboratory practices, and good documentation practices. **Job responsibilities** * Preparation of reagent solutions and detergents, along with timely and accurate recordkeeping in compliance with Good Documentation Practices. * Execution of cleaning and sanitization procedures for controlled and general areas within the microbiology laboratory, as well as maintaining order and cleanliness inside the laboratory. * Washing of laboratory materials and evaluation of material washing effectiveness. * Operation of laboratory equipment (incubators, laminar flow hoods, autoclaves, pH meters, balances, etc.). * Support in preparing materials, samples, supplies, and culture media for microbiological testing. * Generation, segregation, inactivation, and storage of hazardous waste and RPBI waste. * Conditioning and sterilization of required materials and culture media. * Compliance with Good Laboratory Practices, Good Documentation Practices, and national and international guidelines. * Handling of official pharmacopoeias (FEUM, USP, EP, BP, JP). **Additional benefits and perks** * Collaborative work environment. * Professional growth opportunities. * Full-time schedule. * On-site work mode. **Additional benefits and perks** * Permanent employment. * Monday to Friday schedule. * On-site work mode. * Punctuality and attendance bonus. * Grocery vouchers. * Statutory benefits and above.
