**The Fanatic Maker Company** is a marketing agency specializing in creating creative and content strategies for brands across various industries. **Location:** Avenida Alfonso Reyes #1868, Colonia Bernardo Reyes, Monterrey, Nuevo León. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday * 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop monthly organic social media content strategies. * Propose creative ideas, themes, and approaches aligned with current trends and each brand’s values. * Write copy and scripts for audiovisual assets, maintaining brand tone and voice. * Generate ideas and references for reels and video formats. * Conduct quarterly benchmarking analyses and identify improvement opportunities. * Attend filming sessions to supervise proper content execution. * Coordinate and present strategies to the Design and Multimedia team. * Review final texts and materials to ensure spelling accuracy and coherence. * Prepare and present monthly performance reports (reach, engagement, and growth). * Adjust strategies based on results and feedback from the Digital Coordinator. * Collaborate with Media Buying, Performance, and Account teams as required. **Responsibilities** * Meet deadlines for strategy and report delivery. * Ensure adherence to each brand’s visual identity and tone of voice. * Achieve established KPIs and ORCs. * Maintain constant communication with the Digital Coordinator. * Keep the idea bank, references, and benchmarks up to date. * Participate in internal meetings and client presentations. **Required Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field. * Experience managing social media content (agency experience preferred). * Excellent writing and spelling skills. * Knowledge of digital trends and basic metric analysis. * Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to manage multiple brands. **Work Modality:** In-person – Monterrey, Nuevo León Position Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
