Half-day work on Fridays SCHOOL SERVICES COORDINATION ASSISTANT **Objective:** Provide personalized and timely assistance to applicants interested in enrolling in the university, guiding them throughout the entire admission and enrollment process. **Requirements:** * Incomplete or ongoing Bachelor's degree in Education Sciences, Pedagogy, Administration, or any related field. * Experience in document management and archiving, file creation * Customer service skills **Responsibilities:** * Receive, review, and validate applicant documentation during the enrollment process. * Create and safeguard physical and digital student files. * Verify compliance with academic and administrative requirements to formalize enrollment. * Follow up on pending documents submitted by applicants. * Provide detailed information regarding academic programs, admission requirements, costs, and enrollment procedures. **We Offer:** * Fixed rest day on Sundays * Afternoon shift from 12:00 to 20:00 * Half-day work on Fridays * Training * Biweekly payment * Statutory benefits Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $9,500.00 - $10,500.00 per month Education: * Completed Bachelor's degree (Desirable) Work Location: On-site employment
