




Requirements – Human Resources Manager Location: Colima, Colima Area: Human Resources – Personnel and Payroll Administration Reports to: Administrative Director / General Manager Position Objective Oversee the company's human capital administration, ensuring proper payroll and IMSS management in the construction sector, compliance with Mexican labor regulations, and strengthening processes that impact efficiency and productivity of projects in Colima and surrounding areas. Required Profile Education * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Law, or Organizational Psychology. * Desirable certification/training in Payroll, SUA, and IMSS. Experience * Minimum 4–5 years in Human Resources and personnel administration. * Proven experience in payroll and IMSS (registrations, terminations, SUA, CFDI). * Experience in construction companies, accounting firms, or organizations with over 50 employees is desirable. Technical Knowledge * Mexican labor legislation (LFT, LSS, LISR). * Proficiency in SUA, IDSE, payroll CFDI, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT. * Hiring for fixed-term, occasional, and indefinite contracts. * Recruitment of construction operational staff (masons, skilled workers, foremen). * Management of salary scales and compensation. * Experience with payroll systems (Nomipaq, NOI, or similar). * Proficiency in Google Workspace / Advanced Excel (desirable). Responsibilities Payroll and IMSS * Calculate, review, and process weekly/biweekly payrolls. * Manage registrations, terminations, and updates with IMSS. * Maintain control of SUA, IDSE, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT records. Human Resources * Recruit and select operational and administrative personnel. * Draft employment contracts and maintain complete employee files. * Coordinate training and onboarding processes. * Monitor workplace climate and resolve conflicts. Administration * Keep salary scales up to date. * Prepare turnover, absenteeism, and payroll cost indicators. * Ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Law and internal policies.
