Advising customers on all doubts and needs they may have during the purchase process. Following the consultative sales process and using the indicated customer profiling to support the client's purchasing decision. Keeping up-to-date and organized lists of prices for new and used cars, warranties, accessories, and services. Vehicle catalogs, financing plans, test drive logbook. Providing personalized customer service. Promoting greater market penetration for the company. Covering sales shifts within the dealership. Implementing sales strategies designed by management.
