




**POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Strategically and operationally direct and supervise all areas of the restaurant, ensuring excellence in customer service, compliance with food and service quality standards, conflict resolution, business profitability, and personnel management. REQUIREMENTS: * 3 years of experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar industry. * Personnel management and supervision. * Implementation of sales growth strategies. * Efficient and proactive conflict management and resolution. * Customer service orientation. * Computer equipment and Office suite proficiency (PPT and Excel). RESPONSIBILITIES * Supervise operational costs, profit margins, and achievement of financial goals. * Identify growth opportunities and implement business strategies. * Manage and deliver warm, professional, and efficient service that positively impacts customer satisfaction. * Address complaints or suggestions with a solution-oriented attitude and focus on continuous improvement. * Supervise food quality, ensure recipe compliance, product freshness, and dish presentation. * Oversee kitchen standards to ensure proper hygiene and food safety. * Supervise compliance with safety and hygiene regulations across all areas. * Lead and manage the workforce team. * Monitor floor service and customer attention. * Promote the brand, seek collaborations, and establish partnership opportunities with companies. * Visit potential clients, propose collaboration strategies, negotiate, and create agreements. * Protect the restaurant's image and reputation. * Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper appearance of the establishment. * Generate reports and accountability for data-driven decision-making based on operational analysis.
