In collaboration with **SURA Mexico**, we are seeking an ***On-Site Support Engineer***. **Requirements:** * Age: 23 to 45 years old **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Computer Science and/or Computing, or related Information Technology field. Graduated or internship candidate. **Minimum preferred experience for the position:** 1 year of on-site support experience. **Responsibilities:** * Knowledge of ticket management, networks, and backups. * Resolve hardware and software incidents on desktop computers. * Install applications, system images, and Windows operating systems. * Perform data backups. * Knowledge of VPN networks. * Provide on-site support to warehouse users. Perform maintenance on Android devices (tablets). * Ensure the operation of logistics and inventory systems. * Resolve technical incidents related to hardware, software, and connectivity. **WAREHOUSE KNOWLEDGE** * Receiving / Shipping / Transfers * Inspection / Diagnosis / Registration * Inventory Updates * Planning and Optimization * Quality Control **Work Schedule:** * 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Monday to Friday, and Saturdays as required **Work Location:** * Corporate Offices, 4th Floor, Av.
