Position Summary: Responsible for conducting scheduled, special, and targeted audits within the Operational Audit area, including comprehensive audits and field reviews. Key Highlights: 1. Professional growth and continuous learning **Position Objective** Responsible for executing scheduled, special, and targeted audits within the Operational Audit area. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct comprehensive audits (Cash, Inventory, Pawn, Collections, CE and HUB). * Conduct reviews in accordance with the planned audit program, including special and targeted audits. * Perform fieldwork to handle cases. * Investigate, analyze, and document evidence supporting findings. **Requirements** * Knowledge of Accounting, Administration, or Finance. * One year of experience in operational auditing within the Banking / Retail / Telecommunications sector, or recent graduates seeking development within the Audit area. * Availability for travel (mandatory); 80% fieldwork. * Basic knowledge of financial analysis and intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Goal- and target-oriented. * Effective communication and teamwork skills. **Value Proposition** * Base salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, Christmas bonus of 15 days per year, increasing with seniority. * Life insurance. * Savings fund “Socios” (optional). * Continuous learning. * 20% discount at Elektra and Salinas y Rocha, increasing with seniority. * Payroll loan available after 2 years of seniority. * Payroll advance. * Benefits at over 500 establishments affiliated with Grupo Salinas. * Career advancement opportunities within the Group. * We are a company focused on improving the lives of millions of Mexicans.
