Monitoring of comments and requests on digital sales channels We are looking for a responsible **E-commerce Assistant** to support the company’s operational management of online sales channels, ensuring accurate product listings, digital customer service, and order tracking—contributing to brand growth and positioning on digital platforms. Main Responsibilities: * List, update, and manage products on e-commerce platforms and social media. * Verify that product information (prices, descriptions, inventory, and images) is accurate and up-to-date. * Track online orders through to successful delivery. * Monitor comments, messages, and requests on digital sales channels. Requirements: * Experience using **Shopify is mandatory.** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field. * Basic proficiency with digital tools and online sales platforms. * Basic proficiency with Excel or other data recording tools.
