




Job description and responsibilities Process development and optimization. Evaluation of current processes, measurement and interpretation of results. Design, evaluation, and updating of operating systems. Process documentation with a focus on improving performance and result quality. Process mapping, time studies, and identification of improvement opportunities. Creation of work instructions, templates, and documents to ensure proper operation. Development and delivery of training on continuous improvement tools. Promotion of continuous improvement culture through corporate immersion programs. Updating and enhancing the quality management system. Monitoring and updating of performance metrics. Experience and requirements Experience: 1–2 years in this position or similar. Education: Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Quality, Processes, or related field. Knowledge of: * Kaizen and Lean methodology. * Problem analysis and resolution. * Cost-saving projects. * Quality management system (ISO 9001 standard). * Documentation, processes, and instructions. Software proficiency: MS Office, Excel (advanced), Power BI. English level: Intermediate–advanced. Valid visa (Plus).
