Here, every step you take brings you closer to the best version of yourself. **Job Objective:** Provide specialized legal advice on insurance matters, ensuring compliance with regulations issued by CNSF, CONDUSEF, etc., in order to contribute to innovation, legal certainty, and transparency in product offerings—thereby strengthening the protection of insured parties’ rights. **Key Responsibilities:** * Advise and support internal clients across AXA Mexico’s various business areas during product design and registration, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and clarity/transparency for end users. * Provide legal counsel and respond to legal inquiries from internal clients regarding activities inherent to their respective business areas. * Review and draft general and specific terms and conditions for insurance products. * Continuously train internal clients on regulatory changes, best practices, and insurance-related requirements. * Participate in internal and external audits to ensure products comply with current regulations. * Maintain open and ongoing communication with governmental authorities. **Requirements:** * Academic Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (completed).
