**ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receive and analyze purchase requisitions from all departments * Request quotations and conduct price and terms comparisons * Issue purchase orders and track them until final delivery * Verify compliance with deliveries, quality, timelines, and agreed conditions * Coordinate returns, warranties, and complaints with suppliers * Maintain direct communication with warehouse and inventory to prevent stockouts or overstocking * Document and report savings, incidents, pending deliveries, and supplier performance * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in costs, efficiency, and procurement processes * Follow up on returns, warranties, or complaints with suppliers * Prepare purchasing reports, tracking, and delivery status. **EDUCATION:** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related fields. **EXPERIENCE:** Minimum 2 years in industrial, commercial, or administrative purchasing.
