DYA MANUFACTURAS is seeking a **Maintenance Area Supervisor**, responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance activities for machinery, equipment and facilities, ensuring operational continuity, safety and efficiency of production processes. **Requirements:** * Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical, or related Engineering degree. * **Minimum of 5\*** years\* of experience in industrial maintenance. * **Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.** * **Knowledge of AutoCAD, Solid Works, PLC programming, welding, BPM.** * Experience leading work teams. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Flexible working hours. * Intermediate English (desirable) **Main responsibilities:** * Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs. * Supervise the proper operation of machinery, production equipment and facilities. * Coordinate and lead the maintenance technical staff. * Diagnose mechanical, electrical, etc. failures. * Manage spare parts, tools and inventory control for the area. * Ensure compliance with **industrial safety** and **BPM** standards. * Reduce downtime and equipment failures in production. * Prepare maintenance reports, KPIs and logs. * Coordinate work with external suppliers when necessary. * Support continuous improvement projects and process optimization.
