Staff training and liaison with medical authorities. **CARELAB**, supplier of chemicals and pharmaceuticals, is offering the position of **Pharmacy Manager** for the **LÁZARO CÁRDENAS HEALTH CENTER** REQUIREMENTS: Age 20 to 50 Minimum education: junior high school (certificate required) Valid RFC Experience in pharmacy roles and customer service Intermediate computer skills JOB OBJECTIVE: Ensure pharmacy supply to meet pharmacy objectives and applicable regulations. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Requisition supplies to maintain pharmacy stock. * Notify the jurisdiction coordinator of all drug movements. * Carry out drug transfers. * Verify inventory receipts and withdrawals. * Maintain 100% physical vs. system inventory accuracy. * Train newly hired staff on pharmacy operations. * Monitor staff performance and task completion. * Promptly report significant incidents or issues arising in the pharmacy. * Liaise with and respond to requests from unit medical authorities (effective and assertive communication). * Prepare supply reports (requested vs. dispensed – pharmacy/patient), submit for authorized signatures. * Monitor and support the signature process for service billing referrals. * Scan daily prescriptions and collective prescription forms.
