Focused on the employee experience **Position Objective:** Coordinate talent and compensation administration to ensure timely processing of employer obligations and employee services, thereby contributing to an efficient, legally sound, and employee experience–focused work environment. **Job Description:** **Profile:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field * 2–3 years of experience in a similar position * Proficiency in Contpaq i Nóminas, SUA, IDSE, SIPARE, Infonavit Business Portal * Knowledge of payroll-related employer obligations * Knowledge of IMSS and INFONAVIT procedures management * Excellent service attitude * Strong organizational skills * Emotional intelligence * Sense of urgency **Responsibilities:** * Preparation of annual payroll budget and monitoring of compliance * IMSS employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary updates * Biweekly payroll processing * Calculation of vacation bonus, year-end bonus (aguinaldo), severance pay (finiquito), indemnities, seniority bonus (prima de antigüedad), and profit-sharing payments * Receipt, administration, and application of payroll incidents * Management of lockers, parking, and life insurance * General employee services * Generation of IMSS and ISN payment lines * Preparation of Annual Operational Program and Operational Indicators * Documentation of Work Procedures **About the Position:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:30 pm / 8:00 am to 5:30 pm * Immediate hiring * Medium-term growth opportunity **Additional Compensation:** * Productivity bonus of up to $3000.00 per month **Work Schedule Type:** * Monday to Friday * 10-hour shift Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone Work Location: Hybrid remote work in Tijuana, B.C.
