Direct communication with customers and workshop supervisors **RH HUNTING is seeking a Workshop Manager in Benito Juárez, Mexico City** ---------------------------------------------------------------------- We are currently looking for a **Workshop Supervisor!** **Work Modality**: 100% on-site. **Work Area**: CDMX and occasionally outside the city. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or technical degree (in progress or completed). * Minimum 3 years’ experience as an industrial workshop supervisor (any type). * Knowledge of personnel administration, reporting systems, basic mathematics, and KPI management. * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency. * Valid Type A driver’s license. * Flexible availability. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure that evidence of completed work matches the actual recorded information. * Strengthen the preparation of job roles and daily assignment of tasks to team members. * Validate data reconciliation and cross-checking, ensuring correct upload of information. * Maintain direct communication with workshop supervisors and customers regarding billing and quotation matters. * Handle customer warranty requests and notify General Management. * Ensure delivery of customer-signed acknowledgment receipts. * Address and follow up on any irregularities; receive information from workshop supervisors; and record daily attendance and incidents. * Receive, validate, and deliver quality control reports. * Generate reports and administrative notices for absences and/or administrative notices of incidents. * Maintain feedback with all involved parties. * Coordinate and suggest staff training programs. * Propose and monitor strategies aimed at staff and customer engagement, quality processes, and implementation of continuous improvements. **Skills:** * Leadership * Effective communication * Planning * Negotiation * Conflict resolution * Decision-making **We Offer:** * Base salary of $24,000 net (negotiable based on experience). * Statutory benefits (effective from day one of employment). * Standard company vehicle for work-related transportation. * Per diem allowance. * Mobile phone or tablet for work-related activities. * Training and onboarding. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Saturday; Sunday off (subject to operational requirements) **Desired Education Level:** Upper Secondary Education **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-level **Departmental Function:** Manufacturing / Operations **Industry:** Automotive *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69ab1f092e00002400d58e37\&source\=indeed
