**Responsibilities / Activities** 1. Be aware of a unit’s departure (according to procedures specific to each client) 2. Update the tracking log in color (GREEN). 3. Shift handover: delivery and receipt. 4. Report any anomalies to the immediate supervisor. 5. Stay informed about route-related updates. 6. Maintain contact with the Operator or transportation carrier. 7. Respond to critical calls from Operators. 8. Define geofences and routes. 9. Send clients the location report at the scheduled time, including any potential anomalies. 10. Verify the position of each assigned unit using a mirror account. * The timestamp of the position must be recent, aligned with the GPS system’s polling frequency. * The unit must be on its designated route (NOT deviated). * Verify origin and destination, and validate them against the unit’s current position. * The unit must not be stationary (neither in normal nor high-risk zones).
