Preparation of budgets and technical documentation Grupo Cime, a company specializing in the marketing, installation, and maintenance of electrical power generation equipment and hydraulic systems, with nationwide presence, is hiring: **Electrical Construction Residents for Supervisor of Power Plant Installations** **Requirements:** * Electrical, mechanical, civil engineers or technicians, architects, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as head/responsible for electromechanical equipment installation or similar (electrical, control, civil works, plumbing, etc.) in residential or commercial buildings. * Ability to conduct site surveys and prepare installation budgets. * Experience supervising in-house staff and contractors. * Proficiency in software packages, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, or other technical illustration tools. * Valid driver’s license; ability to drive a pickup truck preferred. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and conduct site survey visits to assess scope of Emergency Power Plant and UPS installations. * Quote installation work based on the scope determined during site survey visits. * Illustrate and document the installation project to inform customers. * Prepare quotations, submit them to sales representatives, and explain them promptly and accurately. * Supervise on-site electromechanical installation work performed by company staff and contractors. * Prepare monthly reports on quoted projects, completed projects, and business results. * Support sales representatives in explaining installations to customers. * Low-voltage residential and commercial projects. **Offer includes:** * Gross monthly salary: $20,000 to $25,000 * Statutory benefits * Work location: Tlaquepaque, Jal. * Working days: Monday to Friday, plus Saturdays as required by operational needs. \#Cime2026
