At Plata Card, we combine technology, purpose, and agility to deliver accessible and reliable financial products. **Job Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience supervising sales teams. * English (desirable). * Proficiency with G\-Suite tools. * Personal transportation. * Experience in face-to-face sales and/or customer service. * Proactivity and ability to efficiently solve problems. * Ability to ensure adherence to metrics and established objectives. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Ability to motivate and develop team members. **Job Responsibilities:** * Accompany ambassadors in the field, providing ongoing mentoring and support. Prepare reports and follow-ups to ensure ambassadors meet their goals and comply with established KPIs. * Supervise ambassadors’ daily activities, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Provide continuous training and development to enhance team skills and competencies. * Plan and coordinate team activities, assign tasks, and ensure deadlines and objectives are met. Maintain constant communication with other departments to align efforts and optimize resources. * Conduct periodic performance and operational analyses, identifying areas for improvement and proposing corrective actions. Implement continuous improvement practices to increase efficiency and service quality. * Report incidents to the Human Resources department, ensuring timely and smooth communication regarding any issues affecting team operations.
