Prepare reports and follow-ups to ensure ambassadors meet their goals and comply with established KPIs. * Supervise ambassadors’ daily activities, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Provide continuous training and development to enhance team skills and competencies. * Plan and coordinate team activities, assign tasks, and ensure deadlines and objectives are met. Maintain constant communication with other departments to align efforts and optimize resources. * Conduct periodic performance and operational analyses, identifying areas for improvement and proposing corrective actions. Implement continuous improvement practices to increase efficiency and service quality. * Report incidents to the Human Resources department, ensuring timely and smooth communication regarding any issues affecting team operations.
