We seek an Operations Supervisor who will communicate and enforce service processes and standards across our group’s 4 business units. We are looking for an **OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR**. **WE OFFER** Daily meals at no cost Weekly payment every Friday Opportunity for Growth and Stability 100% statutory benefits from Day One **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Primary responsibility: Lead 4 local restaurants in Guadalajara, Jalisco, ensuring all team members adhere to service processes and policies. * Lead managers and resolve their operational issues * Minimal administrative tasks, such as supervising reports and sales * Ensure business units maintain optimal service conditions * Collaborate with Human Resources and Quality departments to train all staff **REQUIREMENTS:** * Proactive * Solution-oriented * Responsible * Strong verbal communication skills * Valid driver’s license * Knowledge of restaurant software * Ability to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles * Solid knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suite * Availability to travel within the city among our branches * Must have foodservice industry experience—minimum 2 years leading and supervising business units * Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Gastronomy, or related fields **WORK SCHEDULE** Monday through Sunday 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM 1-hour lunch break Flexible hours Midweek day off ***Must have mobility availability for Lopez Mateos Sur.*** (South Location: Plaza La Rioja, Plaza La Gourmeteria) Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $18,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Company parking * Flexible hours * Option for indefinite-term contract * Cafeteria service * Company phone * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: On-site employment
