We seek an Operations Supervisor who will communicate and enforce processes and service standards across our group’s 4 business units. We are looking for an **OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR**. **WE OFFER** Daily meals at no cost Weekly payroll every Friday Opportunities for growth and stability 100% statutory benefits from day one **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Your primary responsibility will be leading 4 local restaurants in Guadalajara, Jalisco, ensuring all employees comply with service processes and policies. * Lead store managers and resolve their operational issues * Minimal administrative tasks, such as supervising reports and sales * Ensure each business unit maintains optimal service conditions * Collaborate with Human Resources and Quality departments to train all staff **REQUIREMENTS:** * Proactive * Solution-oriented * Responsible * Strong verbal communication skills * Valid driver’s license * Knowledge of restaurant management software * Ability to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles * Solid knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suite * Willingness to travel within the city among our branches * Prior experience in the foodservice industry is essential—minimum 2 years leading and supervising business units * Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Gastronomy, or related fields **WORK SCHEDULE** Monday through Sunday 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. 1-hour lunch break Flexible schedules Midweek rest ***Must have mobility availability for López Mateos Sur.*** (South Location: Plaza La Rioja, Plaza La Gourmeteria) Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term position Salary: $18,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Company parking * Flexible schedules * Option for indefinite-term contract * Cafeteria service * Company phone * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: On-site employment
