Menu design and updating, seasonal and special dishes We are looking for a Kitchen Manager with experience, leadership, and creativity, capable of coordinating both operational and administrative activities within the kitchen. Responsibilities: * Develop, cost, update, and control standard recipes (Technical Sheets) for various sales points * Plan, organize, and supervise the production of **buffets and special services**. * Implement and monitor **hygiene, food safety, and quality systems**. * Design, update, and propose **menus, seasonal dishes, and specials**. * Directly supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring timeliness, food quality, and presentation. * Coordinate kitchen staff, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to standards. * Control supplies, waste, and production costs. * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations in the area.
