At Beonit, we collaborate with a company in the highway construction and management sector seeking to hire a **General Assistant** to support highway infrastructure maintenance. This role combines field-based operational tasks, physical outdoor work, and coordination with the team to ensure quality and safety on the road. **What will be your mission?** Carry out highway infrastructure maintenance according to established timeframes and volume requirements, ensuring work quality and user safety. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Performing gardening tasks, lane line painting, and weed removal. * Replacing and maintaining highway signage. * Conducting basic maintenance work in offices: painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and welding. * Following safety protocols to prevent accidents during operations. * Supporting crew members and maintaining constant communication with the maintenance supervisor. **What do we require from you?** * Proficiency in using manual tools. * Knowledge of carpentry, welding, or related specialties is valued. * Education: Primary school. * No prior experience required. * Availability to work outdoors under high physical demands and rotating shifts: 6:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 / 22:00–6:00. * Work location: La Peñita Toll Plaza to Las Varas Highway Toll Booth – Puerto Vallarta, La Misión section. **What can we offer you?** * The opportunity to join a stable project within an organization that values long-term growth, continuous training, and on-site collaboration.
