Comprehensive management of incidents and transactions with the IMSS **Job Objective** Prepare and process payroll for all corporate employees, ensuring compliance with current regulations and the correct application of earnings, deductions, and tax obligations. **R E Q U I R E M E N T S:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. **MANDATORY** * **Knowledge:** Payroll software, CONTPAQi, Aspel NOI, Intermediate Excel, and ERP systems. * **Experience:** Minimum 4 years’ experience in payroll. **F U N C T I O N S:** * Calculation and delivery of **biweekly payroll**. * **Payroll stamping (timbrado)**. * Payment of **commissions**. * **Incident registration and control**. * Calculation and delivery of **Social Security payments**. * Calculation and delivery of **RCV and Infonavit payments**. * Management and payment of **FONACOT**. * Payment of **Payroll Tax (ISN)**. * **IMSS transactions** (IDSE and SUA). * **Income reconciliation**. * Accounting entries for **payroll accruals and payments in SAP**. * Accounting entries for **Social Security, RCV and Infonavit accruals and payments in SAP**. * Preparation of **incident reports**. * Calculation of **severance and settlement payments**. * **Management of medical leaves**. **W E O F F E R:** * **$15,000 GROSS MONTHLY** * **IMSS, INFONAVIT, VACATIONS, BONUS AND VACATION PREMIUM.** * Working hours: MONDAY TO FRIDAY 09:00 TO 06:00 and SATURDAYS 09:00 TO 02:00\. * SUNDAY is a DAY OFF.
