Plan, manage, coordinate, and ensure compliance with activities related to minor and major highway maintenance to achieve strategic objectives and applicable legal requirements. * Plan, develop, schedule, coordinate, and supervise major and minor highway conservation works. * Lead assigned personnel, serving as the technical support for executing works in accordance with laws, regulations, and standards governing maintenance activities and highway section devices. * Inspect the physical condition of the highway and its components, applying laws, regulations, and standards governing the physical condition of the highway section. * Conduct physical inventory surveys of the highway and its structures, and participate in assessing the highway’s physical condition in coordination with the Ministry. * Verify and ensure compliance with minor and major maintenance activities and programs.
