A major company is seeking an Electromechanical Technician **Responsibilities:** * Implement and carry out established preventive maintenance programs, as well as corrective maintenance for all installed machinery and building facilities. * Perform all specific tasks assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor. * Ensure proper equipment operation by supporting operational staff during line adjustments, product changeovers, or shift starts. * Continuously monitor equipment operating conditions and identify anomalies or make necessary adjustments during packaging format changes across various production lines. * Record all performed activities in the corresponding logbooks. * Safeguard assigned tools and personal protective equipment (PPE), as well as those assigned to the maintenance workshop, ensuring their correct usage and preventing loss. * Report to the Maintenance Supervisor regarding the location and internal movements of new equipment, performance status of repaired equipment, and equipment not currently in use. * Apply the "Corrective Maintenance Procedure for Equipment During Manufacturing and Packaging Processes" to avoid extended downtime. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday (Mixed, Afternoon, and Night Shifts); Monday to Saturday (Morning Shift); SHIFT ROSTER. * Mixed Shift: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 1:30 PM * Afternoon Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM * Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM **Salary and Benefits:** * **$18,000 + PL** * Life insurance coverage of MXN 40,000 starting from Day One * Monthly food vouchers worth MXN 1,300 * Uniform (boots, pants, t-shirt, helmet) * Additional paid rest days: Holy Thursday, Good Friday, and Holy Saturday; May 10; September 15; November 1 (half-day); November 2; December 12; December 24; December 31; Birthday leave; Additional leave after one year of service; Vacation bonus of 40%, paid on the employee’s work anniversary. * Christmas bonus equivalent to 26 days’ salary, or a prorated amount based on time worked. * Savings fund contribution of 10%, available after six months of service. **Work Location:** * CAPULHUAC Employment Type: Full-time Salary: MXN $18,000.00 – MXN $19,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Food vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
