Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to plan and coordinate logistical trips, schedule resources, and monitor transportation operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive coordination of logistics and transportation routes in Mexico. 2. Management of drivers, vehicles, and adherence to delivery appointment schedules. 3. Route planning and communication with customers for shipment tracking. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Commerce, or related field. 2 years of verifiable experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience using GPS platforms Knowledge of routes across the Mexican Republic Strong verbal communication skills **Responsibilities:** Trip planning based on requirements. Scheduling of drivers, vehicles, and trailers Monitoring adherence to appointment times, loading, and unloading Route planning based on company or customer requirements Assignment of expenses to drivers Coordinating vehicle entry into maintenance workshops Maintaining communication with customer service to notify progress or delays in schedule fulfillment Bill of Lading preparation Salary: $3,500.00 - $4,000.00 per week Benefits: * Savings fund * Free parking * Medical expense insurance Workplace: On-site employment
