Responsibilities * Planning, coordination, and logistical distribution of custody operations. * Monitoring attendance of operational staff. * Preparation of pre-payroll records for staff. * Completion of Excel workforce templates and shift schedule/roster forms. * Handling customer requests via telephone and email. * Distribution of GPS tracking equipment. * Management of operational staff and emergency conflict resolution. * Training of assigned personnel on client-specific requirements. * Supervision of assigned personnel to maintain workplace discipline. * Data entry and submission of information to internal departments and clients.
