Joining our team as an **Industrial Sales Executive** will provide you with the opportunity to grow professionally in a dynamic and collaborative environment. **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** * Required education: International Trade, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. * 2–3 years of experience in industrial sales. * Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) and Saturday (9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.). * Industrial sales and negotiation skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Valid driver’s license. * Personal vehicle. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receiving customer purchase orders. * Sending audits for order entry. * Prospecting and developing new customers. * Creating and updating the customer pipeline. * Coordinating travel for customer visits. * Selling value-added products. * Developing monthly visit plans for customers and prospects. * Completing customer visit reports. * Preparing value propositions for strategic customers. **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:** * MXN $25,000–$28,000 per month * MXN $520.00 biweekly food vouchers * MXN $650.00 weekly gasoline allowance * 10% savings fund contribution (company matches 100%) * 17 days of year-end bonus in the first year; 22 days starting in the second year * Vacation days in accordance with Mexican labor law * Financial support for bereavement, education, marriage, and paternity * 35% vacation premium * Variable compensation plan tied to goal achievement * Life insurance * Job stability **ADDRESS:** * Peñón Blanco #175, Col.
