**Customs Agency Seeks TRAFFIC EXECUTIVE FOR IMPORT AND EXPORT** **Objective of the Traffic Executive**: To accurately manage logistics operations according to client requirements, ensuring the safe transportation of goods from origin to final destination; safeguarding, classifying, and carefully handling the cargo, as well as selecting the most suitable mode of transport to ensure efficient cargo movement. **PROFILE** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Customs Administration, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience as a Traffic Executive, covering the full import or export process. * Knowledge: CASA system for customs entry filing; Customs Law and its regulations; trade treaties and agreements; Foreign Trade Law and its regulations; procedures with SADER; COVES filing; telephone and email customer service; file preparation. * Personal Competencies: Teamwork, results orientation, customer focus, problem solving, decision making, proactivity, organization, planning. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Execute and monitor import or export operations. * Address and follow up on any issues arising during customs clearance. * Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure efficient release of goods. * Provide effective and timely customer service. **WE OFFER** * Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience; please indicate your salary expectations via email or phone. * Statutory benefits (year-end bonus, vacation, vacation premium, profit sharing). * Uniforms. * Permanent position.
