




An automotive company is seeking an **Import-Export Coordinator** to join our team and efficiently manage all international trade-related operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistical, documentary, and customs processes to ensure the timely and accurate flow of goods to and from our international markets. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervision and support of foreign trade operations * Tracking and execution of maritime and air import foreign trade operations * Preparation of proforma invoices and letters of instruction * Review of foreign trade documentation and its classification formats * Reporting of foreign trade indicators * Creation and management of automated alerts * Analysis, creation, and control of eighth rules to reduce tariff burdens * Analysis and management of VAT paid in cash reports * Control of fixed assets related to imports * Supervision of national and U.S.-based expense accounts * Tracking and control of expenses with each supplier and payment coordination with the Finance Department * Updates or changes to national suppliers * Submission of subcontracting reports and transfer notices * Receipt and review of import origin certificates * Monitoring transmission of information to INEGI * Auditing of foreign trade operations processes * Weekly and monthly supervision of foreign trade operations (costs, VAT, IGI, etc.) * Administration of the ANA system and sharing information with the Accounting Department * Supervision of documentation matrix and digital file completion * Positive evaluation from partners, shareholders, legal representatives, or management team members, as applicable (for the current month) * Action plan for changes related to foreign trade and customs (Official Gazette of the Federation - DOF) **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade or related field * Minimum 5 years of experience in import/export operations * Knowledge of customs documentation, Incoterms, and regulations * Proficiency in logistics management tools and spreadsheets * Intermediate-to-advanced English (spoken and written) * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks **Desired Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail * Negotiation skills * Results-oriented mindset * Effective communication * Problem-solving ability **We Offer** * Direct employment contract with the company * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements (5% savings fund, 18-day bonus in the first year, 35% vacation premium, Monday–Friday schedule) Employment type: Full-time Salary: $30,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Discounted cafeteria service Work location: On-site
