




Position Summary: A prominent customs brokerage firm is seeking an Account Executive to coordinate import and export processes, manage documentation, and track shipments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive coordination of import and export processes. 2. Customs documentation management and shipment tracking. 3. Proactive communication with clients regarding operational progress. A prominent customs brokerage firm is seeking IMPORT AND EXPORT ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE * Coordinate import and export processes from origin to final delivery. * Prepare, review, and manage documents: commercial invoice, packing list, certificates of origin, customs entry forms (pedimentos), instructions letter, etc. * Track ocean, air, and land shipments. * Confirm cargo status with carriers, fiscalized facilities, and warehouses. * Inform clients of operational progress (timelines, customs releases, incidents). * Verify non-tariff regulations and restrictions. * Schedule appointments for pre-arrival processing, customs release, and handling operations. Degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, or related field. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in international trade or customs operations is required. Knowledge of: customs entry forms (pedimentos), VUCEM, INCOTERMS, multimodal shipment handling, Excel, basic English, excellent client service skills, follow-up ability, and organizational skills. #JOINOURTEAM Monday to Friday = 9:00 am to 6:00 pm; Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
