We are seeking a **Tender Assistant**. ***Requirements:*** * Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in the healthcare sector * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Analytical skills * Attention to detail * Availability and positive attitude * Dynamic, self-taught, proactive, and committed. ***Responsibilities:*** * Managing the COMPRANET system (searching for and submitting tenders) * Knowledge of public and private tenders (searching for calls for bids, preparing bid packages, document management, contract handling, drafting and reviewing proposals) * Vendor registration * Assisting in the preparation of administrative, technical, and financial documentation * Attending offices and/or instances for submission and/or receipt of documentation * Tracking requirements such as letters, forms, certificates, technical specifications, and quotations * Preparing files, organizing them into digital or physical folders, and uploading them to official portals * Knowledge of and ability to prepare surety bonds * Reviewing minutes from inception to completion. ***We offer:*** Statutory benefits **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Work location: Near Etiopía Metro Station **Apply now and join the RL Health team, contributing to the quality and continuity of hospital care.** Position type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
