We are looking for Technicians for Printing Equipment in the region of **Manzanillo, Colima**, with experience in various brands of multifunctional and copier devices, as well as knowledge in network connectivity.
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience in technical support for printers and multifunctional devices.
* Higher-level certification / Technical degree in systems, electronics or related field.
* Courses or Certifications (Optional).
* Extensive knowledge repairing printers and multifunctional devices from brands such as Sharp, Samsung, HP, Lexmark, Ricoh.
* Flexible schedule availability and willingness to travel.
* Experience using and handling generic consumables.
**Responsibilities:**
* On-site or field attendance for tickets assigned by Help Desk. (Handling hardware, software, and connectivity issues, delivery of spare parts and supplies, remote troubleshooting, phone consultations, support for external reports - travel expenses will be covered, equipment rehabilitation, diagnostics, and other related activities).
* Report arrival and departure on site (send location via WhatsApp).
* Track and close assigned tickets through the Help Desk system.
* Maintain order and organization in report documentation.
* Submit requested reports/manuals to the area supervisor.
* When working on-site (government or private facility), comply with internal rules and procedures.
* Maintain communication primarily with the Help Desk supervisor and direct manager initially.
