Provide prompt and effective support in response to unexpected delivery situations for customers, carrying out all necessary actions to ensure successful deliveries. The call center analyst will be responsible for providing information regarding delivery statuses. The appointment analyst will be responsible for managing, in a timely and appropriate manner, requests for delivery to the consignee according to customer requirements. The OM and planning analyst will be responsible for order administration and route planning for our customers. **Requirements** -------------- Completed Bachelor’s degree High sense of responsibility Frustration tolerance Sense of urgency Excel knowledge (pivot tables, charts, data entry speed, formulas, etc.) OTM knowledge desirable Disciplined Time management Results-oriented Strong attention to detail Ability to handle multiple tasks Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a team environment and/or independently when required.
