Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead preventive and corrective maintenance management in packaging. 2. Ensure automation and efficiency of packaging processes. 3. Be part of a growing company. EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY Sal Real de Colima is expanding and therefore seeking a Shipping Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance programs. * Intermediate-level PLC programming and operation for packaging machines. * Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and control system failures. * Automate and fine-tune packaging processes. * Reduce line stoppages and recurring failures.
