We are looking for Engineers in various regions of Mexico · Systems Technician or partial degree in Systems Engineering or related IT field. · Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support, maintenance, user support, and information security. · Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer and printer equipment. · Knowledge in ticket management, networks, and backups. · Provide user support through ticketing tools. · Resolve hardware and software incidents on desktop computers. · Install applications, system images, and Windows operating systems. · Perform data backups. · Knowledge of VPN networks. · Interaction with VIP clients.
