**Academic Background** Bachelor’s degree in: Accounting and/or Finance **Purpose of the Position** Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and traceability of the company’s volumetric and fuel inventory information, guaranteeing that financial records align with operational and regulatory data. This role directly contributes to financial control, operational management, and regulatory compliance before authorities such as the CNE, SAT, and other regulatory bodies. **Key Responsibilities** Volumetric and Operational Control * Monitor daily accounting fuel inventories (receipts, * disbursements, losses, adjustments, reconciliations). * Manage and validate volumetric system reports (CNE, ERP systems, etc.). * Perform reconciliations between operational data (measurements, capacities, unloading) and accounting/administrative data. * Identify deviations, unjustified losses, volumetric variations, or measurement incidents. * Finance and Internal Control * Ensure inventories and movements are correctly recorded in the accounting/ERP system. * Prepare financial inventory reports and variance analysis. * Participate in internal and external audits related to inventories and volumetric compliance. * Generate and submit JSON on a monthly basis. * Generate periodic reports for the General Accounting ManagerCompliance / Regulatory * Ensure timely and accurate reporting to the CNE and SAT, volumetric reports, and applicable regulatory compliance). * Maintain up-to-date documentation files related to permits, volumetric reports, and operational evidence. * Coordinate with Compliance to prepare responses to authority requests. * Monitor regulatory changes related to volumetric control and fuel storage. **Academic Background** Bachelor’s degree in: Accounting and/or Finance **Experience** * 2–5 years in inventory, volumetric control, or operational reconciliation within fuel, energy, logistics, or heavy industry companies. * Experience with volumetric systems, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics or others), and fuel measurement tools. * Knowledge of CNE regulations (a highly relevant plus). * Technical Knowledge * Volumetric control and fuel measurement. * Physical and accounting inventory processes. * Interpretation of flow tests, measurements, calibrations, and terminal reports. * Loss allowance rules, adjustments, and reconciliations. * Energy regulations (CNE, SAT: Hydrocarbons Complement). * Advanced Excel and report handling (pivot tables, dashboards). * Data analysis capability.
