Requirements: * Degree in Engineering * 2 years of experience in the computer science field with relational databases. Required knowledge: * SQL SERVER administration. * Operating systems management (Windows XP, 2000, Server). * Driver configuration. * Hardware knowledge (component replacement). * Report generation tools (SQL Server). * Structured network handling (cabling). * Knowledge of data exchange via serial port (Com). Responsibilities: 1\. Perform interface installation from equipment, servers, computers, reception areas of each unit, and all areas containing equipment. 2\. Provide training to laboratory personnel (users). 3\. Maintain interaction with Call Center. 4\. Monitor incidents in the ERP system (JD EDWARDS). 5\. Schedule and conduct visits with external clients. 6\. Prepare service reports. 7\.
